    Public Area Supervisor - London

    The Other House forms a new sector in the accommodation space: A Residents Club.

    Each Resident's Club blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals meaning residents can book for a day, week, month, or year. It provides residents a sense of home with beautifully designed club flats, access to hotel style services and a private club for as long as they are in town. The brand will highlight the best in British design with a focus on sustainability and smart technologies at its core. The Other House will provide a unique environment for travellers seeking flexibility, style, and experiences to remember as we reimagine how people stay.

    Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture between partners London Central Portfolio Ltd ("LCP") and Stichting Depositary APG Strategic Real Estate Pool ("APG"). The first location opened in South Kensington in summer 2022 to great acclaim after significant investment. The Other House Covent Garden is planned to open in 2025 and The Other House Belgravia to follow soon after. Whilst the initial focus will be on prime central London, the venture will roll-out globally, catering for the aspirational business and leisure traveller.

    Summary:

    PA Supervisor - Nights will lead and supervise the night team in keeping cleanliness of all public area spaces (inside and outside) of The Other House up to the highest standard. This person will demonstrate genuine dedication to TOH and show commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. As an integral part of the housekeeping team, PA Supervisor - Nights will empower the night team to be involved and focused on the residents' experience.

    The key responsibilities of the role are:

    PEOPLE:

  • Supervise, mentor and develop public area night Team;
  • Listens to the needs of residents and the night team and adapts to meet them;
  • Is approachable, confident, honest, friendly and ready to help;
  • Takes accountability for daily operations of the public area;
  • Builds good relation with relevant departments;
  • Eager to assist with residents' inquiries. PRODUCT:
  • Promotes a positive image of TOH to all residents;
  • Completes daily task list to ensure all assigned areas are kept up to the high standard;
  • Attention to details and acts on any lack of standard. PROFIT:
  • Ensures an efficient operation on the shifts;
  • Looks after and maintains assigned equipment;
  • Reports immediately any damages;
  • Secures any residents' belongings found within TOH spaces. PLACE:
  • Drives and monitors standard of cleanliness of all public area spaces inside and outside the property;
  • Is obsessed with presentation and details;
  • Reports any issues spotted within internal and external public spaces;
  • Maintains the work flow in accordance to H&S procedures. Essential Skills:
