Description
PermanentThis is a hybrid role, but can expect up to 50% travel to clients, operations in Europe and 1 day a week on site in Worksop (all travel costs will be paid for)
Salary :
£45k-£50k Depending on experience. All Travel costs will be covered as regular travel to clients in the UK & Europe will be required.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing advice and solutions, resolving any issues or complaints, and exceeding their expectations.
Serve as the focal point for overall service delivery, taking necessary actions to maintain and reinforce the relationships and quality of service.
Implement opportunities for continuous improvement to drive revenue, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risk to service in line with business targets.
Regular reporting to analyse performance, trends, and common themes targeting tangible improvements by coordinating with crucial business functions.Growth for existing accounts, exceeding business targets, while actively seeking new business opportunities. Collaborate and support the Account/Sales teams to strategically plan and develop client accounts, ensuring continued success.
Create robust reporting processes and escalation channels with sound commercial acumen and the ability to understand and manage business/financial data to maximise billing.
