    Job Description

    Location :Manchester/Birmingham

    Working hours: Monday -Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our marketing and commercial operations, ensuring the effective management and implementation of HubSpot features to drive business success.

    Working very closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will sit at the heart of the Marketing Operations team interacting across the team to collaborate, coordinate and inform, driving decisions and priorities based on data-driven insights. A perfect opportunity for an exec looking to step up and make an impact. As the go-to for performance through automation, you'll be influencing commercial priorities and decision-making on a daily basis.

    • HubSpot Hero: Lead the implementation and management of our HubSpot performance initiatives.
    • Marketing Automation: Create, execute, and optimize automated programs using HubSpot workflows and sequences.
    • Integration: Support development and help steer integration initiatives between HubSpot and other business tools (website, email and analytics tools).
    • Business Requirements Gathering: Collation and specification of development requirements to support performance initiatives.
    • Data & Enrichment: Monitor and maintain clean and organized data, utilizing HubSpot tools for data enrichment and segmentation.
    • Lead Nurture & Optimisation: Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows within HubSpot to guide leads through the sales funnel and maximise all opportunities.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize HubSpot's reporting tools to track the effectiveness of spend and provide actionable insights.
    • Stay Current: Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and early access to Beta features to optimize our marketing automation strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Proven HubSpot Expertise: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in HubSpot (preferablycertification inHubSpot or equivalent).
    • Marketing Automation Experience: Strong experience in developing, executing, and analysingmarketingautomation programs.
    • Data Management: Deep understanding of data management within HubSpot, including listsegmentation and dataenrichment.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools to trackactivity success and ROI.
    • Integration Skills: Experience in integrating HubSpot with other platforms and tools.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and devise solutions within HubSpot and the broaderCRM system.
    • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate withcross-functionalteams.
    • Project Management: Proven project management skills to drive CRM and marketingautomation initiatives forward.
