- Collaborate closely with the talent team and sales leadership to understand the hiring needs of the sales team and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, providing timely communication and support.
- Ensure our ATS is continually kept up to date so that it can be our 'central source of truth' in relation to hiring efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Solid understanding of sales roles is preferred, and the ability to identify top sales talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn core technology tools.
- Bachelor's degree or above (desirable).
