- Wills and Probate: Manage a diverse caseload, including wills, probate, and estate administration matters.
- Trusts and Estates: Provide expert advice on trusts, inheritance tax planning, and estate planning.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney: Guide clients through the creation and registration of lasting powers of attorney, ensuring their interests are safeguarded.
- Estate Planning: Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, offering insightful and tailored solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering clear and practical advice tailored to individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a proven track record in Private Client law, will possess strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning matters, alongside possess excellent client care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services. You will also have the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently. A membership of the Law Society Private Client Section and/or STEP qualification is advantageous.
Desirable personal attributes include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, client-focused with a commitment to excellence, a collaborative team player with adaptability and a proactive approach, solution-oriented, and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
