    Description

    Do you have a passion for solving macro problems that touch industry and policy? Oliver Wyman Forum, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Fellow to join our fast-growing team and lead our newest topic area, Leading In Permacrisis.

    As Senior Fellow, you will empower CEOs with insights to comprehend emerging crises, their ramifications, and the necessary actions to successfully navigate them.

    You will collaborate with our partner leadership team to develop a programmatic approach toward community and content development, providing essential leadership to our team to deliver breakthrough impact.

    You will also steer the strategic direction of the Permacrisis program area, providing day-to-day leadership for a team of consultants and a cross-functional team of experts across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing, in structuring and executing impactful projects.

    Collaborating with the partner leadership team to develop a programmatic approach toward community and content development, providing essential leadership to our team to deliver breakthrough impact.

    Steering the strategic direction of the Permacrisis program area, providing day-to-day leadership for a team of consultants and a cross-functional team of experts across Design, Editorial, Events, and Marketing, in structuring and executing impactful projects.

    Cultivating a strong network of senior leaders across Oliver Wyman and our external partners, fostering innovative thinking and collaboration.

    Leading flagship research projects that deliver cutting-edge insights, positioning yourself as a recognized and credible expert on the topic of Permacrisis.

    10+ years of experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and a track record of delivering successful strategy engagements in multiple industries.

    ~ Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels.
    ~ Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently, deliver high-quality, impactful output, think strategically, and communicate effectively.
    ~ Experience advising business leaders on strategies to navigate macro risk is a plus.
