    Position:
    Senior Planner

    As a Senior Planner you will play a pivotal role in providing professional planning services for proposals and projects within our Construction London division, focusing on ground breaking, unique, Life Science projects.

    You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure the success of our projects.

    Building strategic relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors will be at the core of your responsibilities.

    Provide comprehensive planning services for proposals and projects
    Lead program-related meetings and forums for planning staff within our division
    Contribute to maintaining the division's planning database and regional database
    Challenge and review processes to enhance planning best practices across the business unit
    Mitigate planning-related risks through proactive identification and resolution
    Foster strong links with key stakeholders, including senior management and functional directors
    Elevate planning standards to become a strategic advantage for our business unit
    Review projects that deviate from the plan and provide strategic advice for the best way forward
    Develop relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
    Represent our business unit in planning forums and contribute to the training and development of the planning function

    Experience in forensic planning techniques and contract law.
    Proficiency in planning software and solutions.
