    Description

    Key aspects of the role include:

  • Carry out all audit work within the Charity team, in compliance with the firm's and statutory procedures
  • Prepare accounts, including consolidated accounts, from accounting records.
  • Provide general accounting services and assistance to clients in the preparation of accounts, for example preparing working papers
  • Provide technical support to the Charity team and its clients in investigating defined issues in liaison with seniors and managers of the team.
  • Take an interest in the affairs of, and get to know, the clients so that you are aware of current work being dealt with by the Partners, Directors and Managers.
  • Liaise with staff and clients (as required), and aim to further good relations and promote the firm's image and services at all times.

    • You are the right person for the role if you:

  • Previous experience within an similar environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2.1 Degree
  • 120 UCAS tariff points (300 using old UCAS tariff), or equivalent from 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies and resits)
  • A minimum of Level 5 (B grade using the old system) in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent
