    Our regulated FixedTerm Fund platform deliversnew digital pipelines to connect cashrich firms to institutionalborrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds AssetManagers listed Corporates highgrowth tech companies and manymore.

    Tasks

    Youll be part ofa small dynamic and growing team at the heart of a fintech businessmaking an impact.

    Youll be working directly withthe Chief of Staff Founders Associate and the sales and marketingteams to shape the future of TreasurySprings partnership strategy.

    This role encompasses strategic engagement withpartners proactive scouting for potential new partners developingan extensive partnership programme assisting in organising eventsand improving reporting and tracking systems. The ideal candidatewill be pivotal in building valuable relationships and ensuring thesuccess of our partnership initiatives.

    Whatyoull do: Responsibilities

    • Proactivelymanage and sustain relationships with current partners includingregular liaison and meetings.
    • Identify researchand engage with prospective partners in the financial servicessector and adjacent fintechs.
    • Monitor leads andbusiness generated by partner activity triaging across theteam.
    • Organise and coordinate a series ofevents selecting relevant topics for specific audiences. Workingclosely with both the sales and marketing team onthese.
    • Enhance reporting and trackingcapabilities to accurately record business generated throughvarious partners and partnershipagreements.

    Requirements

    Whatwere looking for: Requirements

    • Recentgraduate 12 years experience in commercial/partnershiporientedroles is a bonus
    • Proactive you are aselfstarter and are entrepreneurial bynature
    • Good written and verbal communicationskills
    • Processoriented able to set and work todeadlines and manage expectations.
    • Great teamworker and relationship builder working with both internal andexternal parties (Eg: exhibition suppliers and graphicdesigners).
    • Ability to adapt and willingness tolearn andupskill.
