    We are a cutting-edge sports marketing agency specialising in the development of partnership agreements between companies and global sports properties. Our approach is underpinned by data and insights, ensuring our strategies help our clients identify optimal opportunities and negotiate most favourable deals.

    Our aim is to help companies leverage the power of sport and become part of the narrative, etching their brand in the memories of fans. Concurrently, positioning rightsholders to best serve the needs of modern brand demands and grow revenue in an ever-evolving sports sponsorship landscape.

    The Opportunity

    PinDrop is one of the fastest-growing, ambitious and exciting sports marketing agencies in the UK. This position will form part of our first wave of hires and play a key role in expanding our reach and impact within the industry.     The Position

    Here at PinDrop, we are on a mission to develop the next great sports partnerships. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven and analytical individual. The key duties of the role are as followed:

    • Analysing complex, high-volume data sets to unlock insights and develop into compelling narratives.
    • Building high-quality visualisations and dashboards that illustrate the stories behind the data.
    • Implementing a commercial and ROI-based approach to proposed sponsorship activity.
    • Gathering market intelligence to conduct bespoke studies and explore areas of commercial growth.

    The Person

    We are looking for a sales professional with strong competencies and shared values with our team culture. We have split our requirements into experience and personal attributes:

    Skills & Experience – You must possess:

    • Power user of the MS Office suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools is a plus
    • Ability to conduct rigorous data analysis resulting in high-quality models and presentations
    • Strong research and strategy development skills
    • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
