    Description

    We are working with a rural property client in Newcastle and Northumberland, seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our successful team. The primary focus of this role will be on managing the expanding commercial portfolio and delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Provide top-notch service to clients and tenants, handling day-to-day property management tasks such as repairs, client queries, insurance matters, invoicing, and credit control.
    • Ensure business continuity and uphold an outstanding reputation by exceeding expectations and maintaining strong relationships with contractors.
    • Proactively manage challenging situations to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
    • Participate in business activities to promote the company within the wider community.
    • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies at all times.

    As the Successful Candidate, You Will:

    • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Be enthusiastic, energetic, and resilient, capable of overcoming challenges.
    • Prioritize effectively and remain composed under pressure in a busy environment.
    • Uphold high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
    • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
    • Hold a full driving license and own a car for work purposes.
    • Have experience in property management, preferably in the commercial sector.
