    We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated 1st Line Support Technician to join our successful team.

    This will be a full-time, permanent position at a competitive salary based on proven track record, experience, and technical competence.

    Your role will involve assisting the support desk with answer calls and live chats, entering ticket notes accurately, resolving 1st Line type issues, dealing with client problems, ensuring relevant tickets are escalated, and in creatively delivering excellent service to our varied client base.

    The skill set is primarily around the Microsoft ecosystem, both locally on desktops and servers, as well as within the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

    You should be comfortable supporting end-users within at least some of this environment, and having experience in basic network troubleshooting.

    This role would ideally suit someone who has recently successfully completed a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, or has over a years' relevant work experience in the IT industry, and is now looking to expand into a challenging yet rewarding role within a busy and supportive team.

    This will be an office-based role, based at our Edinburgh City Centre office, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    We provide 12 "at home" training days a year and 6 charity days as well, for you to work on your personal development.
