    Our client, an esteemed international law firm, is expanding its Birmingham office and is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to join their Construction team.

    About the Firm:
    As a prominent player in the legal industry, our client boasts a global presence and a reputation for excellence. With a commitment to delivering top-tier legal services, they offer a collaborative and supportive environment where talent thrives.

    The Role:
    As a Construction Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's construction practice forward. Leveraging your expertise in construction law, you will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including construction contracts, dispute resolution, and project finance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion
    • Provide strategic advice to clients on construction-related issues
    • Negotiate and draft construction contracts, agreements, and other legal document
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
    • Mentor and support junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise

    Requirements:

    • 5+ PQE
    • Previous experience in Construction and Projects

    Offering:

    • Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
