    We are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

    As part of the wider Claims function, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims below £25,000, and supporting the team and department in achieving key performance targets that are in place.

    Handle Claims in accordance with the Best Practise Guide.
    ~ Adhere to the legal and regulatory framework in accordance with the relevant bodies.
    ~ Comply with internal esure policy and procedures, and comply with external best practice and legislation, e.g. equal opportunities.
    ~ Work with your team leader group to achieve proactive quality file handling. Existing knowledge of claims or processes within claims would be beneficial.
    ~ Excellent organisational and planning skills. The ability to demonstrate quality claims handling with a clear understanding of the need for reserving accuracy on all claims.
