Tasks
Whatare the key responsibilities of therole
As a Transformation Associateyour role will be integral to Revalues objective of developing thehighest quality carbon projects.
Were not justlooking for someone to manage operations; were seeking a dynamicindividual with a proven track record in driving special projectsdemonstrating strategic thinking and initiating transformativechange. You will be focused on identifying challenges anddelivering solutions to help Revalue accelerate and unlock scale.You will be part of the Acceleration team working across the entireorganisation and engaging a wide range of stakeholders acrossdifferent teams to drive change.
Our idealcandidate is a selfstarter capable of delivering against multiplepriorities and managing multiple work streams effectively andseamlessly. You are curious datadriven analytical while also agreat communicator. You have high EQ and are excited by theopportunity to drive impactful change across our org andbeyond.
This role would ideally suit someone froma consulting background or who has previous start upexperience.
This role is fully remote and wouldbe ideally based in the UK GMT/2 time zone preferred. Otherlocations in a similar time zone would also be considered forexceptional candidates.
