    CloserStill is a dynamic fast growing companythat owns some of the UKs most successful trade shows. All ourevents have significant growth both in sales and delegateattendance and this is no accident. We have a team of the mostdedicated and talented people in the industry and awardwinningmarketers.

    The purpose of this new role is tohelp produce and deliver the marketing strategy promoting ourevents to delegates and exhibitors. You will be a selfmotivatedindividual who loves working alongside a great team across themarketing mix to promote two our trade exhibitions taking placeacross the veterinaryportfolio.

    THEROLE:

    Work with theSenior Marketing Manager and Event Director plus the wider team todevelop and implement marketing strategy positioning and keymessages and product strategy.

    Execute themarketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and resultsensuring all elements achieve required performancecriteria.

    Management of the creative/designprocess for marketing material. This includes the update anddevelopment of existing materials plus the creation of new materialin line with the marketing strategy.

    Work withthe sales team to create sales campaigns focused on both new clientgrowth and increased client retention. This includes messaging todrive revenue across all products such as digital sponsorships andfuture revenue opportunities.

    Develop strategicaudience development plans and ensure marketing communicationsaccurately reflect event positioning and key messaging. Be the leadin messaging and writing regarding our outbound reach to ourcustomers. Good communication and writing skills areimperative.

    Collaborate with partners to developmarketing campaigns lead generation strategies and compellingmaterials for all revenue streams across live and digitalproducts.

    Regularly review marketing planresponse rates/KPIs attendee demographics and industry bestpractices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successfulmaking recommendations and adjustments asappropriate.

    Oversee and executecommunitybuilding and social media strategies that drive engagementinteraction brand affinity and could improve the audienceexperience.

    Develop the digitalmarketing strategy for the events. Building digital campaigns thatpush the shows to new audiences.

    Provideaccurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics andforecasts.

    Manage marketing budgets and purchaseorders and liaise with Finance on reportingrequirements.

    Manage PR Strategy. Additionallywork to create/manage press lists invite press and consistentlygrow and develop media relations across allchannels.

    ABOUTYOU:

    Greatwriting skills. You will mainly be working on veterinary events soyou should be confident in writing technicalcopy.

    Ability to produce creative and wellthought out marketing plans

    Ability to managemultiple projects and deliver on time

    Good ITskills. You will be using content management systems databases andemail software

    Commercial acumen to developsalesled marketing initiatives

    Demonstrateexperience in digital marketing strategies and implementationincluding but not limited to paid search andsocial.
