    Leeds (City Centre)

    Salary:
    £25K with an OTE of £50k

    The Role:
    An Executive Search Consultant operates as a 360-degree consultant, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical positions from mid-management to board levelHeadhunt candidates and maintain a network of high calibre contactsCreate and develop new business ventures via marketingOriginate, structure, and negotiate complex dealsExecute client talent acquisition strategiesParticipate in presentations with internal stakeholders, external clients, and key industry figuresDevelop market knowledge engaging internal and external stakeholdersBe part of a business which is truly global with a focus on the EU and in the US, so there is the option to work in whichever geography you chooseRequirements

    All through this your manager and the in-house training team will be available 24/7 to help you in any way possibleThere will be extensive 1 to 1 support, on-the-job training, and weekly follow on training sessions to ensure you are continuously learning, this will allow you an accelerated opportunity and aforementioned progression into first line management, along with substantial financial and incentive rewards unprecedented within the industryIncentives:Numerous monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentive schemes throughout the year taking top performers and outstanding newcomers around the world.
