- Develop and implement a Design Management Plan and BIM Execution Plan, including a SMART schedule of deliverables
- Be responsible for developing the contractor's procedure for the control of Temporary Works and for ensuring it is implemented on site in accordance with regulations
- To collaboratively work through the Alliance and with tier two contractors ensuring the delivery of requirements
- Develop and achieve a safe, buildable and operational asset that is compliant with standards and meets the project requirements
- Ensure all maintenance and inspection of the Temporary Works is carried out
- Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety Work Act 1974
- Experience with large teams of employees and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a numerate discipline, such as engineering
- CSCS card
- Membership of a relevant professional body
- Working experience managing a team in a multi-discipline environment
