It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of:

supporting children to achieve their best across the curriculum
experience of working within a school environment
engagement with young people to motivate them to learn
being professional, adaptable and can show initiative in tailoring learning to meet individual's needs
working with children with SEND

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
