    Job Overview:
    • This position entails leading as a Head of Assets and Compliance on a permanent basis.
    • Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.
    • Located in Birmingham.
    • Offering a salary range of £65,000 – £67,500 annually (inclusive of £3,500 Car Allowance).
    • Additional perks include Life Assurance, Birthday Leave, Home Leave, flexible work arrangements, and more.

    Responsibilities:
    • Managing and guiding a Support Workers team to provide top-notch supported housing and housing management services to various service user groups.
    • Executing asset management strategies and developing sustainable investment programs.
    • Preparing and presenting high-level reports on asset management and compliance.
    • Overseeing significant budgets, financial forecasts, and asset appraisals.
    • Utilizing data analysis for investment decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Deep understanding of building legislation and safety standards in Social Housing.
    • Experience in procurement projects and overseeing contractor performance.
    • Qualifications in related fields and membership in professional bodies like CIOB, RICS, IOSH are preferred.
