    Description

    Riverdale Healthcare is looking for an experienced Compliance/Complaints Manager, who will oversee the compliance elements of Riverdale practices.

    A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

    Displaying the Riverdale behaviours, the right person for this role, will lead, coach & develop the Dental Practice teams to ensure the business is set for success. Working closely with the Operational Leads and internal departments, and practice teams you will help support that all aspects of compliance is achieved by delivering high quality services and ensuring practices are set up to meet all regulated standards

    About the role

    This role will be looking after 21 Dental Practices based across the Midlands, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Essex. You will be (and not limited to).....

    • Developing strong relationships with internal departments
    • Supporting sites to achieve CQC rating of Good or above
    • Supporting sites with their documentation and compliance
    • Overseeing the complaints handling process
    • Providing training and on ongoing advisories to the practice managers
    • Completing IPS, Risk assessments and COSHH audits
    • Monitoring, reporting and managing all Health and Safety risks and compliances
    • Have a full driving licence and use of a car or ability to travel from site to site
    • be prepared to travel to visit practices and support with new acquisitions which could be anywhere in the UK.
    • Be available to maintain Health & Safety compliance and take immediate action on incidents arising.

    To be successful at this role you will:

    • Have a minimum of 3 years experience of leading and developing teams
    • Deliver compliance training and managing people
    • Have a positive "can-do" attitude
    • Strong Team ethos
    • Have quality and improvement clinical governance knowledge
    • Be able to work with a range of systems (SOE, SFD, ilearn, & icomply)
    • Have a strong understanding of H&S and risk assessments
    • Have CQC Dental Accreditation
    • Ideally be an experienced dental practice manager to give you an excellent start to the knowledge required for this role.
