My client is a leader in the SME soft services facilities sector and differentiates themselves through the delivery of technology-led and quality-driven support services to the built environment.
Due to growth, they are looking to recruit four Business Development Directors, specializing in specific verticals:# Business Development Director - Retail Sector
# Business Development Director - DC/Logistics/Manufacturing Sector
# Business Development Director or Manager - Public Sector
# Business Development Manager - Professional Services/Managing Agents
The position will be remote (hybrid working can be offered if preferred).
The main objective of the role is to identify new business opportunities, define a sector target market plan, lead the pursuit and bid process, deliver innovative competitive bespoke tenders, aim to be the partner of choice, and be awarded the cleaning contract.
Responsibilities will include developing a robust pipeline, investing in deepening the knowledge and relationship of the potential client portfolio using internal and external market intelligence, aiming to develop a strong relationship with multi-level stakeholders, identifying client's values, and seeking out innovation in all areas to create a compelling bid and operational model for clients.
To apply, you MUST possess a proven track record in contract cleaning solutions.My client is looking for the successful candidate to have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to extract clients' true values.
Be able to demonstrate a clear and personable communication style with the ability to quickly engage with and influence others, using a creative flair both in presentations and bid submissions.
In return, they are offering a basic salary up to £95,000 plus commission (OTE £130,000 uncapped), car/car allowance, and benefits.
