    Description

    Director of Business Development (Children's Residential Homes) - National Role

    Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus

    Experience: Children's care essential

    Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading children's care provider in their search for a Business Development Director covering a large portfolio of homes across on a national basis. Alongside the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering on their 5-year growth strategy which includes developing a number of care services, schools, and more bespoke care homes.

    As Business Development Director, you will lead a large team of Business Development Managers with the goal of increasing referrals into the homes/services and managing new and existing relationships. Additionally, you will also be responsible for reviewing fees and negotiating contracts to maximize revenues.

    This opportunity is a hybrid role and will require travel to multiple homes and offers flexibility to work from home when required.
