    THE UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL FACULTY OF HEALTH AND LIFE SCIENCES INSTITUTE OF POPULATION HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF PRIMARY CARE AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR – GRADE 5 £27,980 - £32,333 pa (pro-rata) This Dementia Network Plus focuses on bringing together diverse academic, lived experience (people living with dementia and unpaid carers), professional (health and social care), and voluntary sector expertise to discuss and co-develop solutions to inequalities in dementia diagnosis and care. Comprising seven Universities, two national dementia Charities, health and social care professionals and lived experts (carers, person living with dementia), and the UCL-based NIHR-funded 'Dementia Researcher' lead as core team members, the
    Equalities in Dementia (EquaDem) Network Plus will host various networking, capacity-building (for academic, health and social care professionals, Third Sector, and people with dementia and carers), and pilot-project activities over five years. The EquaDem Network Plus is led by Dr Clarissa Giebel in the Institute of Population health Sciences, and co-led by Professor Dame Louise Robinson at Newcastle University. We are looking for a programme manager (80% FTE) who will be supporting the Lead with organising EquaDem Network Plus events and meetings, supporting the administrative and logistical side of the network. The programme manager will also support the member dissemination, including monthly newsletters and the network's webpage.
    You should have an undergraduate degree and IT skills at intermediary level, and experience in providing administrative support.

    As the work involves working with young people and / or vulnerable adults, you will be asked to make an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
