    Title: Sales Representative

    Job Description:

    As a Sales Representative at hSo, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively selling people-focused technology services to small and medium businesses across the UK. Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft solutions and cloud methodologies, you will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement:

    Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust-building activities.

    • Solution Selling:

    Utilise a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions, including licensing, professional services, and managed services.

    Collaborate with technical teams to develop customised proposals and presentations that address client requirements.

    • Microsoft Expertise:

    Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and licensing models.

    Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

    • People Led:

    Advocate for a people led approach in all client engagements, promoting the benefits of technology to empower and enable people and businesses.

    Guide clients in transitioning their applications and infrastructure to the cloud, driving digital transformation initiatives.

    • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Manage a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity tracking.

    Work closely with sales management to forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales targets.

    • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.

    Share insights and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in consultative sales roles, preferably within the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions, including licensing, Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organisation.
    • Experience with solution selling methodologies.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing principles and architectures, with a preference for candidates with Azure certifications.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

    Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or similar certifications.
    • Experience with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
    • Prior experience in selling custom application development projects or managed services.
