    Job Summary

    We are looking to grow our marketing team and recruiting for a PPC Executive. With the growth of the company, we are looking for someone to take ownership and develop our paid channels. We currently use Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Ads, so experience in these channels is ideal, but we are always looking for new opportunities and channels

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the PPC Executive will ideally have hands-on experience with the day-to-day running of everything PPC, from keyword research to campaign optimisation and data analysis. You will also work closely with the product team to ensure that products are being pushed through to the correct platforms, and that product listings are optimised from a PPC perspective.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working within e-commerce and will be able to demonstrate delivery of successful paid campaigns and successful growth using paid ads.

    This role offers hybrid work after completing the training period with three days required onsite.

    Salary: £26k - £33k Per Annum dependent on experience

    Closing Date: 3rd of May

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day running of our paid channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads & Amazon Ads.
    • Develop and grow our PPC Strategy.
    • Create paid campaigns from conception, execution, optimisation and analysis.
    • Complete keyword research and analysis to keep the account up to date.
    • Maintain and monitor daily and monthly budgets while working to an account ROAS.
    • Maintain and monitor top-level account metrics such as impression share and quality scores.
    • Maintain and monitor click-through rates, conversion rates and cost per click.
    • Implement A/B Testing and multivariate testing across our accounts.
    • Creative copy testing and optimisation for product titles, advert assets and imagery.
    • Create monthly reports on performance and present results
    • Keep up to date with PPC and industry trends and developments.

    Essential Skills

    • Experience as a PPC Executive, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
    • Proficient with PPC & analytical tools e.g. Google Ads & Google Analytics.
    • Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive results.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.

    Desirable Skills

    • SEO Knowledge & understanding.
    • Experience using PowerBi or Looker Studio.
    • Experience using HubSpot.
    • Experience using
    • A CIM or equivalent qualification in marketing, or communications would be advantageous.
