    About Our ClientA global manufacturer with EMEA Operations across 40 countries.

    Job DescriptionThe role of commercial counsel will report into the EMEA Legal Director, the duties and responsibilities will include the following:

    Drafting and negotiating commercial contractsProviding prompt and practical legal advice on a wide range of commercial legal issuesDesigning, drafting, implementing and maintaining internal regulatory compliance and governance company policiesLegal support on special projects that may ariseThe Successful ApplicantSuitable candidates for the role of Commercial Counsel will have the following qualifications & experience:Qualified Solicitor in the UK or other similar jurisdiction.

    Proven experience in Commercial Contracts or other relevant transactional work.
    In-House experience would be highly beneficial.
