- Actively review, negotiate, draft and advise cross-functional team members in relation to SaaS licensing, DPA's, RFP proposals, NDA's, customer relations, supplier agreements, and other commercial agreements as needed.
- Working collaboratively with sales, finance, product, security, and other teams to identify and mitigate risks and determine creative solutions in service of SOTI's corporate objectives
- Provide ongoing contract support, including training and coaching in connection with legal requirements, corporate policies, procedures and contract matters for various teams across SOTI
- Developing employment-related policies and procedures within the UK, Ireland, and other European countries
- Support human resolutions with employee matters such as: wage and hour laws, recruiting, performance management, leaves of absence, benefits, terminations, and employment-related regulations
- Communicating with and managing external counsel as needed
- Contribute as a team player to help further the standing of the legal department as an effective, respected, and valued resource within SOTI
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Negotiate various SaaS-related agreements, including Reseller Agreements, MSP Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Master License Agreements, DPA's, NDA's, and supplier agreements
- Work collaboratively with sales, finance, product, security, and other teams to mitigate risks
- Train sales, marketing, and other internal teams on legal requirements & corporate policies
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- 4+ years of experience (with at least 2+ years as in-house privacy counsel at a SaaS company)
- J.D. or LL.B.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Concise and effective communication
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
