    We are working with a high-growth Fintech, which provides provides online portfolio management tools and outsourcing services across all asset management functions, including risk services, operations, treasury and regulatory and investor reporting.

    Spun out from one of the world's most successful absolute return investment managers, this company provides services to a wide range of institutions across all asset classes, including fixed income, currencies, equities and commodities.

    Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team, reporting into the General Counsel.

    The role will be supporting with the day-to-day legal function of the business and in particular on the regulated funds side of the business.

    Responsibilities will involve managing the legal and regulatory lifecycle of their Luxembourg UCIT SICAV umbrella fund, including negotiating agreements on behalf of the fund, handling requests from stakeholders of the fund and providing legal input to the board of directors.

    Beyond funds work, the role will also entail a fair share of corporate/commercial responsibilities including reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as licensing, service and vendor agreements, and advising on corporate strategy, including corporate restructurings, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

    Previous in-house experience would be highly preferable due to the broader corporate/commercial remit of the role. Discretionary bonus (typically 20%)
