Project Coordinator

As a Project Manager/Leader at Telent, you will have the responsibility to handle important and intricate tasks. You will have the freedom to innovate, take ownership, and make quick decisions. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be in charge of supporting the successful completion of projects in our Rail division, primarily serving Network Rail. This role involves agile work practices, with a requirement to be present at the Warwick office two days a week.

What you'll do:

Provide day-to-day support to the project team to reach project milestones.
Assist in preparing and coordinating project support documentation, such as Bill of Materials lists and site team logs.
Contribute to financial performance reporting.
Organize and share meeting documents before meetings, set up Visual Management Boards, and take minutes during meetings.
Help gather information for the monthly contract review.
Assist in reporting project performance (KPIs), managing risks & issues, and their mitigations throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you are:

You should have prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in a Project Assistant/Coordinator role, preferably in a related industry (Rail/Telecoms/Utilities/Construction/Civils).
Great customer-facing skills, capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
Solid data tracking and reporting abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
