We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Operations Specialist based out of our Prague Office.Providing high-quality service and effective support in the handling day-to-day activities of the Commercial Operations role for all assigned customers (all order-to-cash processes)
Appropriately responding to and resolving customer complaints as soon as they arise (via email or telephone)
Providing customer support regarding collection issues, processing customer refunds, processing and reviewing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies and short payments
Ensuring the reconciliation of payment details to prevent discrepancies in financial records
Reconciling Customer accounts in the event of balance queries
Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Providing support to Commercial Operations team colleagues when required
Providing support to other work activities that may be assigned by the Commercial Operations Supervisor or Commercial Operations Manager
As this role will involve liaising with customers in Italy, we need the successful applicant to be fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
Telephone skills – in the areas of listening, problem resolution, dealing with difficult situations and /or concerned customersStrong skills in structuring, analysing, and understanding data
Fluent (written and spoken) Spanish and Portuguese language skills, and strong knowledge of English
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel
An ability to operate effectively in an office environment, using computers and other office equipment
High Emotional Intelligence with an ability to work with multi-cultural teams
Able to recognise and welcome diversity
You must be able to work in the Czech Republic with the correct legal status, unsupported.
