    Vice President Role at

    Technology Holdings:
    Due to exceptional growth we are looking to add a further VP to our UK team to help support our growth in the Tech sector

    Technology Holdings Worldwide (TH) is a global boutique investment bank dedicated to delivering world class M&A and capital raising advisory services exclusively to technology services, software, consulting, and business process management companies.

    The firm serves mid-market companies and institutional investors worldwide from its offices in London, New York, California, Ontario, and India.


    Experience:


    Must have over 7 years of M&A experience preferably in the Technology sector and with strong buyer relationships in TechnologyStrong (relevant) deal sheet and with a track record of demonstrated origination capabilitiesAbility to originate and lead transaction execution on 4/5 deals at a time with a focus on sell side mandatesAbility to manage multiple deal teams, and transactions end-to-end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process.

    Adopt and improve TH processes and best practices.
    Strong relationships with PE/ VC funds and fundraising experience would be an asset.

    This would help with TH expanding and building a technology and fundraising practiceResponsibilities:

    Responsible to execute transactions end to end including the preparation of Pitches, Information Memorandums and Financial ModelsDoing target and acquirer screeningParticipate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As and negotiate offersAssistance in drafting and evaluating various legal documents like NDAs, etc.,Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (organizing road shows, conference calls, etc.,)Drafting meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaire, etc.

    ,Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation processOther Key Skills Attributes:
    Strong communication skills & understanding of corporate finance.

    Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniquesExperience with preparation of Information MemorandumsAbility to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision.

    Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) and all elements of a deal consideration in an M&A and Fundraising processTeam player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
