Job Description:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.
Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
Promoting inclusion and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, either in a school setting or a similar environment.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature, with a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of all students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs support (desirable but not essential).
