    Albany Beck are hiring for a Claims Business Analyst to work on a long term programme of work with a global insurance firm. They are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions in the rapidly evolving insurance landscape. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and motivated Claims Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

    We are looking for a Claims Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing claims processing efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics, and employ industry best practices to drive continuous improvement within claims operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process Optimization: Collaborate with claims teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows.
    • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for claims processing systems and enhancements.
    • System Integration: Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of claims systems, contributing to the development and implementation of technology solutions.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of claims systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of claims processes, system configurations, and user guides.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to claims staff on new processes, systems, and enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims operations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Knowledge of insurance claims regulations and industry best practices.
    • Experience with claims processing systems and technologies.
