    Description

    Debt Advisory Associate

    Join a London based Debt Advisory boutique, working closely with a highly regarded senior leadership team on a wide range of debt transactions.

    You will work as an Associate within a successful and growing team, gaining valuable experience and direct access to leadership.

    Purpose of Role:

    Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and manage transactions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing marketing materials and pitches
    • Conduct financial modelling and valuations
    • Write information memoranda and client presentations
    • Produce research on debt market trends
    • Interpret data and present insights on organizations or sectors
    • Manage client relationships and transactions
    • Build a network of contacts
    • Contribute to Private Equity relationships

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Strong academic record
    • Relevant experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or debt advisory
    • 2-4 years of Leveraged Finance experience
    • Proficiency in financial modelling and presentation tools
