- Leading the People strategy, embedding new ways of working, driving efficiencies and embedding new values to strengthen the employer brand ensuring an inclusive and supportive culture
- Provide support and coaching to the leadership team on strategic future vision, embedding new initiatives to enhance overall performance and strategic position
- Design and implement highly effective performance management plans, career pathways and succession plans
- Create and embed innovative reward strategies tailored to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring fairness and equity ensuring they align with the strategy
- Drive the development of organisational design strategies and initiatives aimed at optimising efficiency, collaboration, and agility across departments, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
- Support the development of employee engagement and wellbeing plans to drive talent, retention and the employer brand
- Lead the employee and leadership learning and development programme ensuring people have the right skills to be effective in their jobs
