    Description

    Mobile HVAC Engineer Location: London Salary: £45,000 Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours)An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a family-owned business which has been established for over 40 years. The role is to carry out maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment for Building and Facility Managers working in the commercial market within London.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's, Air Conditioning systems etc.).
    • Completion of F-Gas and Gas safe reports.
    • Break downs on critical system HVAC.
    • Fault finding
    Requirements:
    • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
    • C&G/NVQ level 2/3 AC & Refrigeration
    • F Gas – Cat 1
    • Chiller experience ideal
    • Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
    • You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
    • Full Driving Licence.
