    Maintain in-depth knowledge of emerging issues and trends in DEI, including relevant DEI topics, practices, policies and principles and serve as a strategic partner and collaborator to key PC, and DEI stakeholders to ensure DEI foundations and practices are embedded at every stage of employee life cycle.

    Serve as a partner to Business Units to review Policies across WBD to ensure foundational DEI Principles are embedded.

    Serve as a DEI thought partner and leader by maintaining advanced, in-depth knowledge of the industry, including practices, trends, policies and principles.

    Significant experience in Learning and Development within workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, in the development of enterprise-wide DEI learning strategy and learning journey for employees and leaders and partnering with regional DEI team to localize as needed.

    Demonstrable experience leading and managing organizational diversity initiatives and a team within a global organization and within multiple international markets.
