Key Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will support the team on all aspects related to off-site steel structure fabrication and coordinate deliveries and storage of pieces on-site. Responsibilities include:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
2-3 years' experience in design-build construction projects, structural steel fabrication, Non-conformances, Canadian/US fabrication standards. Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, understanding of steel structure.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,000 to $82,000 annually, 37.5 hours/week, health benefits, income replacement, investment plans, employee wellness tools, vacation and leaves of absence, tuition reimbursement, annual pay increases, and bonuses.
Working Conditions and Environment:
Primary work location at 35 Prospect Ave, Windsor, ON with travel throughout Canada, exposure to construction work site environment in all seasons, potential relocation within Canada.
