    Osborne Clarke is een internationaal advocatenkantoor met 26 kantoren in 9 landen, met meer dan 1300 advocaten, notarissen en fiscalisten. We leveren topkwaliteit aan topcliënten. Verder doen wij het écht anders.

    Ons Nederlandse kantoor ligt aan de rand van de Zuidas in Amsterdam. Fun, work-life balance en respect zijn onze kernwaarden. Wij gaan voor leuk werk voor leuke cliënten. Wij hanteren geen minimum urennorm, zijn niet hiërarchisch; iedereen heeft inspraak.     Als receptioniste ben je het gezicht van kantoor. De verbindende factor tussen bezoekers, medewerkers en leveranciers. Je bent pro-actief, betrokken en een aanpakker. Je ondersteunt bij verschillende werkzaamheden, coördineert en houdt overzicht. Kortom: een professionele collega die zich verschillende werkzaamheden snel eigen maakt. Bij ons krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen op meerdere vlakken. Organisatietalent en stressbestendigheid zijn belangrijke eigenschappen binnen deze functie.

    Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo opleiding.
  • Je bent minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt enige ervaring met receptiewerk en/of in een andere dienstverlenende functie.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.
  • Je hebt een zelfstandige werkinstelling en bent een echte aanpakker.
  • Je bent representatief en servicegericht.
  • Je beheerst De Microsoft Office programma's (Word, PowerPoint en Outlook) goed.

    • Wat bieden wij?

    Het receptieteam van Osborne Clarke komt uit alle windrichtingen. Affiniteit met de advocatuur en het recht is natuurlijk altijd goed, maar geen vereiste om een interessante en leerzame rol binnen ons kantoor te vervullen. Veel belangrijker dan weten hoe een wetboek er van binnen uitziet, vinden we een energieke en leergierige houding. Er is daarnaast totaal geen onderscheid tussen advocaten en niet-advocaten: iedereen gaat op een menselijke, empathische manier met elkaar om.
