Description

We are seeking an experienced legal receptionist to join a leading US law firm on a permanent basis. This is a busy role that requires someone to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, as well as working effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a reception or office administrative role within a legal of professional services environment is required.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Serve as a first point of contact for clients, visitors, internal staff members and callers.
Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate parties and taking accurate messages.
Coordinate conference room bookings and schedule meetings for internal staff members and clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff when necessary.
Maintain the reception area and common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
