The UK & IE Sales Engineer's primary responsibility is to maximize the territory's sales revenue through direct sales and achieve annual revenue target for the assigned territory.
The UK & IE Sales Engineer is also responsible for managing, maintaining, and building client relationships within the assigned territory.
Track relevant projects within the territory.Identify and maintain contact with project decision-makers at each phase of its sales cycle
~ Prompt follow-up of sales leads, quotes, and orders within territory
~ Prospecting and generating new leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, etc.
~ Generate sales reports and forecasts as requested by the Global Sales Manager
~ Maintain all sales application software packages such as the CRM as directed by the Company
~ Attend technical and sales training courses as agreed
~ Assist with accounts receivable
~ Ability to travel up to 50% of time
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or associated degree in relevant field with 5+ years of sales experience
Sales professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, geotechnical or structural monitoring industry preferred
~ Strong computer skills with modern business software tools (CRM, MRP, Office)
~ The successful candidate can expect to be rewarded between £40-50,000 base salary plus up to 20% bonus/commission, a car allowance and pension contributions.
