    If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team as Clinical Lead/Counselling Manager at Solace Women's Aid.

    Our aim is to work to prevent violence and abuse, as well as providing services to meet the individual needs of survivors, particularly women and children.

    Counselling service provides one-to-one counselling up to 16 sessions to survivors of VAWG.

    The Counselling Service provides support to survivors across London in the community, as well as through refuge-based CYP and adult counselling services.

    We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our counselling service that provides one-to-one counselling to survivors of VAWG.

    The Clinical Lead provides line management support to a team of CYP Therapists and supports with clinical decision making across the counselling service.

    Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential.

    If you hold a recognised professional counselling qualification to Diploma level or equivalent with 2 years' post-qualification experience, and are passionate about ending VAWG, we would love to hear from you.
