We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Transport Coordinator/Planner to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home delivery services.The ideal candidate will work closely with our network of contractors and carriers to ensure efficient resource planning, load optimization, and timely deliveries.

Monitor daily loads and deliveries to ensure accuracy and efficiencySpend time in the loading area, conducting hands-on checks of loads and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Coordinate with contractors and carriers to optimize routes and resource allocation
Analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies
Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for home delivery logistics
Hands-on and proactive, comfortable spending time in the loading area and out in the field
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with contractors and carriers
Data-savvy and analytical, comfortable using logistics software and systems
2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or planning, preferably in home delivery
~ Proficient in transportation management software and MS Office
~ Candidates without experience in logistics coordination or planning
Those who prefer a sedentary, office-based role
