    Job Title: Strategic Planning Manager - Digital Content

    About the role

    Are you ready to unleash your full potential? At Worldpay, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about payments to help us lead the way in becoming the world's largest and most beloved payments company. As a Strategic Planning Manager focusing on Digital Content, you will play a key role in shaping our long-term goals and strategic objectives to establish Worldpay as a leading figure in the Digital Content industries globally.

    What you will be doing

    • Own and maintain a strategic plan for the Digital Content vertical across key markets.
    • Develop compelling value propositions for different sub-verticals within Digital Content.
    • Create thought leadership content to position Worldpay as an influencer in the industry.
    • Represent Worldpay at industry events and conferences to showcase our value proposition.
    • Define and implement a go-to-market plan for the Digital Content sector.
    • Lead commercial initiatives to drive growth in the Digital Content vertical.
    • Support regional teams with tactical requests and customer engagements.
    • Provide customer insights to influence the product roadmap.
    • Manage a team of professionals to execute the Digital Content strategy effectively.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

    What you bring

    • 3+ years' experience in strategy from a top-tier consultancy or a large enterprise.
    • 5+ years in a digital-first or software-led B2C business.
    • Experience in strategic decision-making and trade-off assessment.
    • Background in payments or financial services is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

    Added bonus if you have

    • Experience in Digital Content businesses, particularly in payments or customer experience.
    • Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
    • Ability to build consensus and drive towards goals.
    • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Willingness to travel globally.
    • Track record as a high EQ leader.
