    Description

    The Procurement Manager is a pivotal role within our Interior Design team, responsible for overseeing the ordering, administration and supply procurement of FF&E designs across a diverse range of projects.

    Reporting to the Directors of Interiors, the Procurement Manager will work closely with the Interior Designers to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.

    Collaborate with Team Lead, Project Manager and Senior FF&E/Interior Designer to determine project timelines, budget and deadlines.
    Compile the procurement budget and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
    Coordinate with the Project Manager to organise the purchasing schedule, meeting project milestones.
    Working closely with the account team to process Funding Requests and pay proforma invoices in timely manner.
    Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to organise FF&E logistics and installations.
    Implement quality control measures throughout the procurement process
    Keep track of and approve invoices from suppliers, liaising with the internal departments for reconciliation of projects
    5+ years' experience in purchasing/relevant administrative role, ideally in high-end residential practices
    ~ Proficient in MS Office, Excel and EstiPC
    ~ Good knowledge of furniture design, manufacture, and materials
    ~ Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers, shipyards/ contractors.
    ~ Flexible attitude and willingness to assist when needed.
