    Home Manager - Leeds / Pontefract area - £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

    Commutable from Pontefract, Wakefield, Leeds, Wetherby, Selby & surrounding areas.


    Are you an experienced Home Manager or Registered Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a medium-sized residential care home for older people and dementia patients in West Yorkshire.

    Our client is a growing private healthcare provider committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

    This role offers a negotiable salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.

    You'll also receive up to 33 days of annual leave and have the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

    Our client is a private healthcare provider, growing rapidly in the industry. They're dedicated to providing excellent care to older people and dementia patients in a residential setting.

    They're looking for a committed individual to manage one of their medium-sized care homes and help improve their CQC report.

    As the Residential Care Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the home
    Managing finances and budgets
    Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care

    Exceeding internal and CQC quality expectationsPackage and Benefits:

    As the Residential Care Home Manager, you'll receive:
    A negotiable salary between £55,000 - £60,000, depending on experience plusl bonus and benefits
    Up to 33 days of annual leave
