    Description
    My client is a successful Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The firms clients are both UK and internationally based, they are often of a HNW nature.

    Due to business growth the company are currently keen to hire an additional Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join their established team based within their City of London office.

    The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

    This is a hybrid role whereby the successful candidate would work from a prime located City of London office on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's.

    Whilst you will have the opportunity to work from home on Wednesday's of each week.
    Keying Mortgage applications into the different lenders systems – This in the main will include Commercial Mortgage, Bridging Finance and Development Finance cases

    • Detailing all conversations and actions taken in the CRM System. Also becoming familiar with the mortgage sourcing system that is used.
    • Mortgage Administration experience (which can purely be Residential and BTL case experience) gained within the independent market, ensuring that you are familiar with multiple lenders mortgage products and online portals/platforms. In addition, any experience with commercial mortgage and/or bridging finance/development finance cases would be advantageous (although not essential as full training/development and support will be provided regarding these area's of the mortgage industry)
    • Excellent English written skills and telephone manner, must have experience in dealing with all types of clients from diverse backgrounds
    • Must demonstrate technical ability and be confident with mortgage & protection terminology
    • The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to circa £32,000 which is negotiable based on skill-set/role experience. A pension scheme, plus benefits including a bonus scheme based upon the business' performance. These bonuses are paid quarterly and equate to an additional 10% to 20% of your annual salary. Team members consistently also receive a company Christmas bonus worth another £2,000 each year.
