    Role Overview:
    As our Application Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and configuring back-office applications.

    Resolve operational issues promptlyProvide functional and technical support, including trainingMaintain user accounts and implement change management processesCreate and maintain user guides and documentationMonitor application performance and conduct reconciliationsIdentify and address risks and issues throughout the software development life cycleDrive continual improvement in delivery qualityRequirements:
    Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholdersProven experience in technical support or IT application support (minimum one year)

    Basic SQL skills and Excel experienceFamiliarity with ITIL framework and incident managementOrganised and diligent in maintaining accurate recordsAbility to work independently and prioritize effectivelyEagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentWhy Join Us:
