    Methods are experts in delivering secure, resilient cyber and information services - keeping systems and data safe. We help reduce risk and vulnerabilities from cyber-attacks by developing a security road-map tailored to your unique needs.

    We help organisations improve processes such as threat management by building an identity management programme, and establishing prevention, detection and response capabilities to cyber-attacks.

    This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.

    As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.

    The Cyber Security Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

    Delivery of testing and the oversight of testers
    Continuous development of self and team, including managing client feedback
    Understand complex computer systems and technical cyber security terms
    Present your findings, risks and conclusions to management and other relevant parties
    3 years of Security/Penetration Test Experience
    ~ A Passion for Cyber Security and new technology
    ~ Experience implementing security into CI/CD pipelines
    ~ Testing Physical, Cloud, Web, Mobile and Embedded & IoT systems
    ~ A sound working knowledge of common commercial and open-source vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
    ~ Ability to simplify technical results of testing to a non-technical audience
    ~ Experience in other areas of Information Security
    ~ Ability to think creatively and strategically to penetrate security systems
    ~ Knowledge of evolving digital technology/applications eg AI/Digital twins
